By accepting these terms, the Client agrees to the following: DEPOSIT A 50% non-refundable deposit of the total fee is required upon signing this Agreement. The remaining balance is due upon completion of the casting process. TALENT COMPENSATION Talent compensation is separate from the casting fee and will be managed by the Agency, including invoicing and coordination for timely payment directly to talent. SERVICES INCLUDED The Agency will manage all aspects of the casting process, including coordinating logistics, conducting auditions, selecting talent, ensuring contract signing, managing negotiations, and providing regular updates. Additional services may include sourcing talent, travel arrangements, and communication during the project. AMENDMENTS & TERMINATION Any changes to this Agreement must be agreed upon in writing by both parties.
