TERMS AND CONDITIONS: PAYMENT: Due within 30-days of the booking date SERVICE CHARGE: 20% agency service charge will be applied to billings LATE FEES: A 5% finance charge per month will be applied to invoices unpaid within 30 days OVERTIME: Applicable to bookings over 8 hours (Time-and-a-half) WORKING HOURS: Calculated from start time to wrap time (must be consecutive, Including reasonable breaks) 24-HOUR BOOKING POLICY: Payment due up-front for new clients CANCELLATION POLICY: On confirmed bookings; within 3-days, full fee. Within 7-days, half fee, 8+ days no charge. See agreement for weather cancellation. MODEL/TALENT SOCIAL MEDIA: Fees must be specifically negotiated as a separate item. USE RIGHTS: Are limited to the specific rights granted and may not be extended without negotiations. Beauté Management must pre-approve any usage for advertising or promotion which may be subject to additional fees. *Client agrees to provide professional setting, including a private changing area (if applicable), to all talent at all times *Client agrees not to contact talent through social media or by any other means unless previously approved by Beauté Management in writing. *Client agrees not to book talent originally procured through Beauté Management directly on future tasks, shoots, and or promotions.
